Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to optimize marketing efforts, enhance efficiency, and improve outcomes.
  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Utilize tools like Webflow to manage and update the Pisteyo website and HubSpot to automate lead nurturing and analyze customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to attract and convert leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth in lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
  • Proactively identify and execute opportunities to elevate Pisteyo’s brand presence and grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with Webflow for website management and HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM tasks.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications, particularly in automating marketing tasks and improving lead generation efficiency.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and lead funnel optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize lead generation efforts.
